Can I bring a urine sample from home?
Only after confirming the container, collection time and transport conditions. Some samples must be collected at the centre.
How long do results take?
It depends on the test. Many routine determinations may be fast; cultures, pathology, genetics and confirmations take longer.
How will I receive the results?
Usually by email once the report has been reviewed and validated.
Can the report be sent by WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is reserved for administrative information and appointments. It is not the intended channel for clinical reports.
Can I request STI testing without knowing which test I need?
Yes. Explain the type of exposure, when it occurred and the sites involved; the team will advise on the next step without self-diagnosis.
Are all tests performed in Bilbao?
